Special Friday "upside down"

This Friday is all about getting confident up side down. We will brake down the components of any inversion and build it up again. Wrist mobility, upper body strength and balance are all parts that need the attention if we aim for a inversion, whether its a handstand or a forearm balance.

It will be fun, sweaty and challenging!

EVERYONE is welcome, no matter your previous experience with inversions.
