FREE AND INTENTIONAL
-workshop on how to create a semi free movement class guided around self inquiry.
This workshop took place 11.4 2021. If you´d like to take part of the recorded content, you can buy it here. Its available until 11.7.2021.
Guiding a semi free movement class is different from guiding an alignment based posture class.
It´s manifested in the language we use, the movements we explore and what kind of space we hold. There's ways to help students to empower themself and to create a space where they feel free and safe to go for their individual process in order to make choices that are sustainable for them.
We will discuss and explore:
-What a “semi free” class is.
-How we can cue and guide in order to encourage and invite for fearless, independent exploring.
-How we can create a space that feels open and safe to your students to be who they are.
-How we can explore movement within a “frame”.
-How we can create a class that helps your students to empower themselves.
-How we can create a class that goes beyond the class itself.
And much more!
