This is a weekend for anyone who wants to move better with more ease and confidence in life. Mobility, body awareness and smart cues will help you to find trust in your own body and practice.
The workshop will blend postures known from the yoga tradition, as well as functional movements and strength training, -always with love and passion for the incredible human body with all it’s possibilities.

Move With Ease Class Moving from the ground up, we will explore how every part of our body is connected. We will find new ways to move in our yoga practice with the intention to find more ease and strength in movement and breath. This will be a sneak peek for the weekend ahead.

FOUNDATIONS -The breath, the core and the nervous system
When we have a solid foundation with a strong core that still allows for belly breathing, every movement we do will feel lighter. With that experience, we will visit well known asanas and explore how external load prevents injuries, as well as body awareness -and positivism.
Understanding how the nervous system works will give us insights that support our yoga and movement practice. When we move with our own bodys premises, we will create the change we want over time. With that in mind, we will do mobility work for hips and shoulders.
Sunday 10-13
ALL ABOUT THE SPINE
The spine with it’s cord is one of the first thing that develops as we grow from a cell to what we are now. It should both be stable enough to protect the delicate neurons as well as allowing us to move as we want in life. We will explore every move available for the spine, as how to make backbends strong and sustainable. Some of us will realize that we aren’t nearly knowing our own back and its potential -moreso we will experience what it really feels when we are connected to every part of the spine.
All levels are welcome. The workshop will be thaught in English, with a Spanish translator.
