This is the class is about redefining the narrative we might have about core strength and stability. Through movement and conscious breathing, we will deepen our relationship with our very center. We will explore what it means to move away from our center, to find our way back again. Furthermore, staying stable and strong but still being able to breathe will bring you a sense of “soft strength” where there is space to breathe and yet feel strong. Bringing awareness to the back body will create support at all degrees. By inviting the breath as movement in the body we can make space for fully breathing that offers us the opportunity to engage with our inner core.
